Sold us a used boat ladder that he said was strong enough to support my husband. First time using it my 7 year old stepped on first step and it broke and cut her foot open. She had to get 7 stitches. My husband went back and told him what happened and he said no refund sorry to hear that. What kind of bussiness doesn't even try to make things right. Very disappointed we spent $75 and ended up with an ER bill on top of it. Sorry doesn't undo the pain our daughter is in.
