As a 69 year old male, active in sports throughout my life, I have had my share of sports injuries and visited many physical therapists during those years. Without question, Randy and Dawn operate the most friendly and professional facility of all, and have worked wonders rehabbing my latest bout with shoulder bursitis. I strongly recommend telling your doctors about Performance Lifestyles Physical Therapy of Burlington, the next time you need to recover from injury or surgery.
Randy and Don are the absolute best, I’ve been to many PTs but Randy is the only one to be able to help me due to his knowledgeable and logical approach! I hope I won’t need to be back again, but if I need PT, I know where I’m going!
Excellent experience here. I had a hamstring issue that made it really uncomfortable to run. I noticed improvements as soon as I started coming in and now it's a non-issue! Really enjoyed the process of implementing the suggested strength and flexibility exercises, which worked like a charm when I got into the routine. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and nice people :)
