Performance Hobbies is the place to go for all your r/c needs..was just there with an old xxx nt Team losi truck .Tom (the owner) is awesome.my controller was set up wrong and he fixed it no problem.i have been shopping there for 20 years almost and it has always been a good experience. Outstanding knowledge and always friendly.the store is packed with tons of stuff for r/c lovers.check it out.i know i wont shop anywhere else.
Terrible customer service. Tom (the owner) feels that he is doing you a favor by letting you shop at his store. I have never had a worse experience in retail. This store is a DISGRACE to the hobby shop business. Would strongly advise you to stay away from this place. There are plenty of other places to shop. They constantly bad mouth other stores in the area, a terrible business ethic. They do NOTHING as a courtesy even after spending hundreds of \$\$\$\$\$ there.

Wow!! What a store..They really have everything you need for the hobbyist....If your and R/C person you need to stop here...Very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff....Great prices to....
Went to PH last week and found all the staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful...the two children, and I call them that based on their spelling and us of language, must have had a bad experience based on them and not the shop.I would recommend them to anyone for both R/C and Airsoft (I do both) as they are the best in both areas.Try them for yourself and you will, as I did, find them the best around.
Great small store feel with that hometown feel, well stocked, and the owner Tom was very helpful. I got what I needed and a little more, helpful advice on my hobby. I will travel there again for what ever I need. Tom could also get things that he didnt normaly stock in just a few days no extra shipping charges like many mail order houses. Thanks again for a great shopping experance!

I dont know what that one guy is talking about. Every one there has always been helpful and knows what theyre doing in their area.
Great place to shop! better parts, and service then anyone in the area. hard to find parts, and kits are there or ordered in a snap! Toms great helps with everything for his customers
