Worst bank I've ever dealt with, they use underhanded tactics and randomly forget to add paperwork to file. Avoid the headaches of prefomance finance and cost to get lawyer
Would give 0 stars if possible, this is a horrible finance company. We paid off our motorcycle loan 18 months early because for months they would not pull our payment and reported us to the credit bureau for late payments. A month after paying it off they said we owe $3.07, they will not pull the $3 from our account after 2 months of consistently trying and are now saying we are past due $225 when the balance owed on the account is supposedly $3.07. Their website password reset doesn't work (probably by design so you can't login and pay) interest rates are high and they manufacture difficulty to login and pay.
Not happy at all with the services provided. Every time I spoke on the phone with them, it was some type of depressing confrontational experience. ( every single person I spoke to made it seem like they were always right !! They basically spoke at me and not to me.) I was just trying to have a hassle free opportunity to build my credit, but I ended up just paying off my loan in a large lump sum just so I don’t have to talk to them ever ever again. .
Super rude on the phone customer service sucks!!
