I called Performance Finance because I wanted to payoff a loan on a motorcycle and I wanted the exact amount. I transferred the money online from my bank. Nineteen days later a full payment of $426 dollars was taken from my checking account (automatic payment). I called performance and asked why when I had paid the bike off. A person told me that I owed a total of $1.24 . Because they said I owed one dollar and twenty four cents, they withdrew a full payment of $426 dollars and would keep the difference for 30 days.
