You will never find a better PT place! Chris and his team are the best I’ve ever met. It’s my third time there because of the dedication and commitment with regards to your recovery from Chris and his team. Their goal is to get you functional and use methods to get you pain free through the process.
I cannot recommend Physiohealth enough. It was one-on-one, hands-on care, with multiple team members always ready to help. Every session was both physically challenging and diverse enough to keep my mind engaged, and you never felt rushed. They understand pain and the fear that accompanies it, and when needed, modified exercises to still get to where we needed to go. Excellent staff. Listened to my concerns for what I as physically capable of, and gave me appropriate exercises not just for my recovery but also to match the duties of my job. Highly recommend for physical therapy
Jasmine was so helpful and supportive throughout my pregnancy and pelvic floor therapy! She was attentive and personalized my care to my changing needs as my pregnancy progressed. I would definitely recommend working with her if you are pregnant or postpartum!
