Exelente wonderful people
Nobody answers the phone. I finally played with their dial by name feature with random numbers and got alicia. Tried their product on a new, large dimension redwood deck. I called and spoke to alicia with a technical question. Specifically whether using penofin verde negated the need for joist tape. She flat out did not know what I was talking about. Didn't know what a joist was let alone the purpose of joist tape. I asked for a supervisor and she refused. Claimed that she was the top tech rep and I could only talk to her. S... read more
