Performance Bicycles is my new favorite bike store and service center in Chico. Here's why: as an older athlete returning to cycling after a several-year hiatus, I very much appreciate the staff at Performance. They are knowledgeable, generous, helpful, and never exhibit a hint of the arrogance that I have experienced in other shops in the past. Darnell and Frankie are particular standouts in this respect. Efficient, kind, competent, and enjoyable to work with. 5-Stars for sure!
The guys down here were super helpful and very quick! I love that there is a couch waiting area for me and the toddler to lounge out on while we schmoozed with the friendly staff.
Excellent customer service every time I go there. The workers there were patient and stayed a few minutes after the place closed in order to make sure my bike was fully set up! Came out with a nice bike. Thanks for your service, gentleman 👏
Great experience. Walked in with a damage valve core stem. The front counter Darnell was very patient with our son and fixed up a replacement at no charge. There was also a chain needed adjustment and Darnell addressed right away. These guys are awesome!
Great vibes at PB in Chico. I frequent this location and everyone is always helpful and friendly and the service team is a bunch of rockstars.
