Deliveries of parts are insured - they were able to issue a refund when my package was stolen from my front porch even though it wasn't their fault. Good customer service.

There are so many great bike shops in Chico. But Performance caters to my particular needs, and their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They carry lots of stuff, but the advice they provide is priceless! Charlie is the best repair guy I've ever met. A-Main is my all-time favorite bike shop.
