This bike shop is my favorite in Chico. The guy with the cute little dog is a very nice dude. Give them a call if you need help with your rig!
Went in just looking to buy my wife a new MTB yet, hadn't really decided where I wanted to spend my money. The staff and owners were not pushy at all, were super knowledgeable and friendly. It was not but, a short time after visiting that I made my mind up to buy here. Not only do they have a storefront, but a great online store with tons of selection to fit all your bike needs. I would say if you're looking for a top-notch bike shop, this is it.
I cannot say enough good things about Performance Bicycle in Chico! The entire team was amazing from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for me and my new bike. We drove from Redding to Chico, and they were kind enough to hold the specific bike I wanted overnight just based on my word that I would absolutely be coming to buy it.
