Excellent customer service every time I go there. The workers there were patient and stayed a few minutes after the place closed in order to make sure my bike was fully set up! Came out with a nice bike. Thanks for your service, gentleman 👏
Great experience. Walked in with a damage valve core stem. The front counter Darnell was very patient with our son and fixed up a replacement at no charge. There was also a chain needed adjustment and Darnell addressed right away. These guys are awesome!

Went to Performance Bicycle (Amain) to have a bike built that I had purchased online. I used to order from DansComp all the time as a kid so thought that this shop would be well qualified to build my Fairdale Taj. It was $75 for the bike to be built and was told 1/2 day turnaround which is fine. I picked up the bike today and upon getting home realized the brake was installed incorrectly and occasionally hitting the wheel (red flag #1). I called and brought it in and it was fixed, no biggie.
