Perhaps it may be the luck of draw but I happen to encounter the same person three different times and each time he was the same rude jerk. Luckily he had another customer and I was able to speak to another employee who was in the back on his phone. It only took him two seconds to tell me the part I was looking for was not available at this shop. I absolutely would not spend my money here. Went in for a simple coaster brake bearing at the parts counter, I even brought in the one remaining bearing to aid in identification. the Parts guy looked at me like I had bananas for ears. After rifling thru a few parts organizers he calls for help. Two more inept staff start looking at the bearing like it was part of a the mars Rover recently recovered from a secret govt crash site.
