Not a welcoming store at all. Had to locate a sales associate to assist me while the others watched and offered no assistance at all. Unfortunately the person that I could get to help me was not knowledgeable at all. Sadly this happened on more than one visit to the store. Associates do not seem to want to make any sales period. Purchased my Fuji from them in 2009 with the promise of free adjustments for life and here we are almost 10 years later getting my front derailleur adjusted in 15 minutes for free.
