Hit n miss on knowledgable sales help
Every single employee has gone out of their way and have gone above and beyond to help provide my bicycles and me the best care. Special mention to Bram and Ian, both fantastic mechanics, in particular.
My helmet needed new padding and rather than try to sell me a new one, the salesperson rummaged through the back room to find me some extra pads. And no charge! They've had my business since.
A great bike store with an all around great staff. The staff knows a lot and is great at informing you of their products. I love their weekly group ride every Saturday morning and the workshops they hold. Perfect for just getting into cycling. I highly recommend this bike shop!
