This is primarily a family oriented bike shop with great customer service. You're greeted when you enter and there is generally a sales rep available to help. The mechanics in the shop are top notch, as well. They're available to help with any issues. What's more is that the online shop is integrated with the brick and mortar shops and there's a lot more available online. If you buy something online, it can be serviced or returned at a local shop.
Do not ignore the bad reviews as I did. I took my bike in for an inspection after it was involved in a car accident. My bike was in my bike rack on the back of my vehicle when I was rear-ended. My aluminum frame Fuji Silhouette was smashed between two cars! The woman who rear-ended us had insurance so all we needed was a mechanic to look at the bike and write out an estimate for the damage.
