Excellent service and great advice! I was looking to get back into riding after years without a bike, and I felt very comfortable here. Despite the fact that all the employees are very into biking and other athletic activities, they never make someone who isn't as familiar feel dumb for asking easy questions. Helped me torque some bolts to spec before starting out on a bikepacking trip. Got the impression that the people working that day don't ride much, at least not mtb (a hip pack? what's that?).
