First Class all the way I have purchased three bikes over the last year and everytime it has been an excellent experience. I have had some service work done, tune-ups ect. an Will my "Bike Guru" is the most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. He can help you upgrade your ride or help make your riding experience even better. Performance Bicycle has been a great time everytime, thank you so much!
Never again The customer service at this store is horrid. Too bad Yelp doesn't let you give a 0 or negative number. The "Performance 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" means nothing at this place. They won't even let me return the lightly used product that is falling apart, rather they sent it back to the manufacturer and are waiting for them to "do something about it". Crazy. I even have a receipt! Apparently it's up to the manager. What kind of a guarantee is that!?
bike shop Good bike shop with better bikes including ulta-light road bikes. The staff is always very helpful, and friendly. Great selection of tools, clothing and replacement parts.
A Bike Paradise My husband is like a kid in a candy store. He loves Performance Bicycle. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. You can expect a large selection. I only wish I purchased his bike here instead of the big name store.
Nice catalog, nice store Performance Bicycles (www.peformancebike.com) is a big catalog bicycle store. They have tons of bikes and paraphanalia, including their own clothing line which is very reasonably priced and good quality. Their catalog is great but seeing things in person and trying things on is better. Their store often has sales that make it much cheaper to buy in person even after sales tax.
