Bought my first bike from here. Quality of the bike was great and am very pleased but my service was not great. Mostly young hires or just some that aren't very knowledgeable. But if you know what you're doing, they have great bikes.
It was real disappointing to find out that Performance Bike is going out of business. If you're looking for a deal on their remaining stock, including bikes, stop by soon The staff continues to be helpful even within their current situation. The only reason to not continue to give them a 5 star rating is not being able to use my PB gift cards in the store now...but that's understandable. Farewell Performance Bike & thanks for all the good service, parts & advice. You will be missed.
Sign clearly stated 50% off. At the register my items did NOT come up 50% off. When asked for price correction the guy said there was nothing he could do and argued with me that he couldn't give me the difference. I could not return my items either "all sales final". The sign says "50% off" but couldn't follow that sign. ALL BEWARE!!
