I would like to share my experience with my rehabilitation in December of 2025. But first a little history of how I got to need the assistance of this wonderful team at performing physio and Pilates group. I cannot rate these guys, and Jeremy specifically, highly enough. Came in with a complex ankle and foot injury requiring long term care, Jeremy has me back up and walking pain free in a way I wasn't sure was possible. He's been incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring every step of the way, and spot on with his predictions. Also just a lovely guy. So relieved I was referred to him.
I started seeing Sam at Perform Physio + Pilates in June 2025 as I'd fractured my 5th metatarsal at work as a professional dancer. Sam was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my healing, he was very invested in my rehab and I've come out of my injury and returned back to work stronger than before. I highly recommend Perform Physio + Pilates for their attentive staff and top notch facilities.
Very impressed by the friendliness & skill of all staff especially Kirby who has been excellent in addressing my physio needs & program. Would thoroughly recommend this practice to any in need of physio support . Barry
Well where to start! I have been receiving physiotherapy management and Pilates care for three years now. I cannot really express the profound professionalism that is exhibited here by all involved. I have had the misfortune to develop a rare lower back problem and I required services outside the realm of physiotherapy, namely pain management specialists.
