Jeremy is amazing. After a decade of seeing different clinicians to deal with leg and back pain, he suggested that my leg pain was caused by issues in my back. One CT scan later, this was confirmed. Now I feel like I'm on the right path to deal with the issues that cause my pain, and not just stumbling around in the dark.

had wrist pain for almost a year. Started seeing Chris here every fortnight for the last 12 weeks, and i am progressing! He’s been informative with strengthening exercises and tips to reduce aggravating my wrist. Thank you 🙏
After having surgery I have been seeing Ben to help with recovery, the improvement has been fantastic. Ben has been extremely professional and addressed any issues I have had with my recovery. All the staff that I have been very helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend Perform Physio + Pilates highly enough
