I had an appointment scheduled for today at 7:00am I was disappointed to be informed that my physiotherapist was unavailable only after I had already arrived and waited for 10 minutes. I was then asked to reschedule for another day. What are the two reminders from email and sms I received for. I was not given any prior notice or explanation, and the lack of advance communication resulted in wasted time early in the morning. I have been going to Perform over the last couple of years whenever I have had pain/an injury and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. A big thank you to Chris O’Neill for treating my most recent injury - he really took the time to listen, provided clear exercise plans, set realistic goals and helped me get back to running again. Highly recommend!
I started seeing Sam at Perform Physio + Pilates in June 2025 as I'd fractured my 5th metatarsal at work as a professional dancer. Sam was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my healing, he was very invested in my rehab and I've come out of my injury and returned back to work stronger than before. I highly recommend Perform Physio + Pilates for their attentive staff and top notch facilities.
Outstanding treatment and support with skilled and compassionate physiotherapists. Sahanna and Chris (and the whole team) were knowledgeable, realistic and provided a clear and supportive pathway to my recovery.
I can't speak highly enough of Jeremy, Tom & Chris at Perform Physio. My capacity to walk, climb stairs etc. has improved greatly. I honestly think 12 hydrotherapy sessions provided a quantum leap in my healing. Thanks so much!!
