Very charming and professional
Karmen's shop is absolutely charming. Welcoming to beginners and veterans of skin care services. She is thoughtful in explaining the process and after care instructions. Her vibe is low key energetic and perfectly aligned for the services she offers her clients.
As soon as I walked into Karmen’s studio, I knew I was in a safe space. You can tell that this isn’t just a job and she genuinely cares about people. Her facial is so relaxing and her movements intentional. I rebooked before I left and can’t wait to go back. She really is such a gem in Alexandria.
Just got sugar waxed for the first time ever and Karmen was so easy going and made the process so comfortable. Definitely recommend!
She makes a completely terrifying thing not terrifying at all. We laugh and nothing is taken too seriously. Sugar waxing or sugaring is fairly new to me, but if you’re thinking of trying it, you must call Karmen!
