They do not allow exchanges or refunds. They will offer you a credit. I tried to return 3 items because they did not fit. They gave me a credit for 2 minus shipping to sent the 3rd item back to me. They said it was not returnable even though the website allowed me to file it as a return and it was not labeled in the return section as not returnable. RIDICULOUS. THEY COULD CARE LESS WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS TACTIC.
