I went there to get my second piercing. I am 9 years old and it took 3 × 2 pirce my one ear. I had to Take my first piercing earrings out before we did my second piercing which was reasonable When they pierced my ear, the lady pierced my first piercing. Then the second time she tried to Pierce my ear, the piercing gun broke. And then. They didn't have any more of the color I wanted for my earrings so I had to choose a different color. When customer service stands out I make a point of saying so; Liz who currently runs the show at PP Nelson is lovely & caring, very knowledgeable & takes her job seriously but also has a great sense of humour ! Shes honest and i really trust her ie: shes not pushy or just trying to sell you something to meet a quota. All great qualities in someone handling often very personal esthetic services.
