Extremely unprofessional and slow! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst experience I've had as a truck driver. The staff member at the check-in desk was incredibly rude and unprofessional—he was literally shouting and screaming at me for no reason. On top of the terrible attitude, the efficiency here is a joke. The check-in process is painfully slow, and you can expect to wait for hours just to get through. It's a total mess and a complete waste of time. Avoid this place if you can!
