I'm not impressed with this company services... I've been trying to get a technician for over a month, to look over a wi fi problem, related to a router issue they installed.... Ian kept putting me off saying someone will contact you... finally I got a call back explaining my issues ... This guy that I can't recall his name said I' ll have someone call you back, and nothing, waiting 2 weeks... I decide to call another company, that came out the next day.. I'm planning to set up a home theater and I'm currently looking for a high-quality projector screen — ideally something like the VIVIDSTORM floor-rising screen, as shown in the attached photos. Do you carry anything similar in your store? I'd love to come by and see it in person if possible. Thanks in advance for your help!
