I'm not impressed with this company services... I've been trying to get a technician for over a month, to look over a wi fi problem, related to a router issue they installed.... Ian kept putting me off saying someone will contact you... finally I got a call back explaining my issues ... This guy that I can't recall his name said I' ll have someone call you back, and nothing, waiting 2 weeks... I decide to call another company, that came out the next day..
