I came back to this store after about three years and was really disappointed with the customer service. Cody was great — super friendly and helpful. But Kaitlin and the manager, Courtney, were rude and unprofessional. Kaitlin came out from behind the counter when I asked for help with the products. I love how the shop is set up so you can browse the products, read labels, and try new items. They have big events a few times a year, and weekly revolving sales. All the budtenders are helpful, but Caitlyn in addition to being helpful and friendly, has great recommendations! Whether it's concentrates or flower, she never steers me wrong. 😊
This place is awesome! By far my favorite dispensary in the greater Sac area! Every person I have encountered is kind and helpful. Their selection is waaaay better than any other place. It's more like a grocery store, allowing you to browse, touch and read. First time customers get a gift, and they have a rewards program. Plenty of parking. Killer deals every day!
