Caitlyn was more than happy to check the prices of some rosin for me, told me about what days brands run deals and let me take photos of the discount days. Super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Nice people at Perfect Union and good vibes. Highly reccomend

Proactive with meeting our needs in a variety of ways. Introduced us to two new products. Listened and understood Richard’s discomfort and naïveté with THC/CBD products. ❤️ Great employee - inclusive - interacted with BOTH of us. My sense is he is a very valuable employee!!!
I came back to this store after about three years and was really disappointed with the customer service. Cody was great — super friendly and helpful. But Kaitlin and the manager, Courtney, were rude and unprofessional. Kaitlin came out from behind the counter when I asked for help with the products.
