The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and she explained everything thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. In all my years of body sculpting, I finally found someone who knows what they are doing and can get me the results I want. We discussed my body goals and she came up with a plan for me to get me right back on track after having my baby. She explained everything and the purpose behind why she was doing it.
