This facility has helped me greatly with many different problems that I have the Wednesday night meeting groups are great the staff is very wonderful and Scott who runs the facility is a very good man and therapist. It's now under the name of genuine Solutions counseling service

They have no idea what they are doing with the billing side of things. We have insurance (which is usually pretty easy to work with) but not with them. They can't tell you how much your going to be charged and tell you they can only go by an "estimate" that's given from the insurance company. They don't complete the claims in a timely manner so after months of going to see them, you find out months later you shouldn't have scheduled two appointments on the same day (per their words to save you time) cause insurance doesn't c... read more

Anyone Considering Perfect Solutions, Please stay away! This place is not the "solution". I was a patient there for almost a year and all of a suddent my Co-pay went from $8.00 to $45.00 overnight when my insurance did not change. When talking to this office I was treated as a second class citizen for addressing this sudden change.
