Nav is really good at what he does. I've been seeing him regularly at Perfect Motion Physio for Bell's Palsy, and the sessions have genuinely helped with my recovery. He explains what he's doing in a clear, simple way, checks in to make sure you're comfortable, and is honest about what will and won't help. I never felt rushed or like my time was being wasted. I've noticed steady improvement since starting treatment and feel much better overall. Would definitely recommend.
I have struggled with chronic back pain for years, seeking chiropractic treatment helped but only in the short term. Since having sessions at perfect motion I’ve noticed the pain has reduced significantly after the first session, compounding each session I went to. I was given a clear plan of the steps he would take to understand and resolve the pain, but also put into place a plan to find and resolve the root cause. Would highly recommend, has made a huge difference to the quality of life I am experiencing!
Nav is very good at what he does. I have seen various physiotherapists over the years and my experience here was 5 star. He explained to me what he was doing and why, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He was honest and did not waste my time. Best of all I feel so much better. High recommended!
