I don't normally write reviews. We have purchased three sectional sofas, bedroom furniture, and many accessories from Perfect Furnishings. The quality of there offerings have always been exceptional. There ability to help with interior design and offer advise is exceptional as well. Recently, we had a miscommunication on an order that required a level of customer service we had not needed in the past. Both Tisha and Cortney provided that service which was greatly appreciated.

I have been shopping at Perfect Furnishings for six years. I have furniture, art work, rugs and table decor, great quality. Highly recommend shopping at their store. Always a great, fun experience and great staff.

The sales person was nice and helpful. I placed a custom order on September 2 for a new dining room set. They said it would take 12 weeks and I waited patiently. In December, when I was scheduled to receive my furniture, I called to see when they were scheduled to deliver. They did not have my furniture, told me the salesperson had left and apparently my order was never submitted. Now they are saying I will not have my furniture until April.
