Was making complaint about atm and my card stuck in atm 3rd time. When Brad the branch mgr hung up on my phone call complaint. When I asked him why on return call he said I would not listen...?? I also spoke with a Brittany..very rude lady told me if did not like it to complain to pccu president. The fact is I emailed her and it would not go thru. I finally spoke with Jason, mgr in Richmond he was the only person nice to me and agreed Brad and Brittany should not be so rude and listen to me a 20 year plus customer....not muc... read more
