Ginzberg charged me over 9k and I had to settle the issue myself because he kept pushing us towards court. He said "there's no way to avoid it, they won't back down" and advised me not to talk to the other party. I sent one email and got them to agree not to go to court and settled the whole thing myself. He also withheld information and seemed very judgmental. Honestly, I would have thought he was working for the other side. Attorney Ginzberg represented me during my divorce proceedings and trial. He is very tough and I think that’s why you need him on your side. He asks the hard questions, prepares you very well and does the work for you. He is experienced, extremely organized and pay attention to details. I couldn’t have had better representation and so grateful I found him on Avvo! Divorce is a hard thing to through and when the other party isn’t reasonable you really need someone who can advocate for you and fight with you.
This attorney is absolutely terrible, my ex husband was abusing me, harassing me, and stalking me , he was very rude and uncaring, and intimidated me and did nothing to make the process easier through a simple divorce, he’s in it for the money — if you want someone who will fight for you do not use him - his secretary is very nice ( potash)
