My mom began to lose her memory at the age 87. Watching this change, after so many years of independence, was truly heartbreaking. After more than 20 years of living on her own following my dad’s passing, she bravely agreed to move into a memory care facility. The place needs to take better care of their residents needs. Let them go outside and enjoy fresh air up until recently doors were always locked. Still locked and not always open for residents. My father was illegally searched when accused of stealing money. My father didn’t steal any money. They searched his pockets and his room. I have been to visit my father on several occasions and have had to help myself residents that needed help because no one was around to help. My father was denied food on occasions as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility ... very clean, very friendly. My brother had a rough start and the staff made it so much easier for him with their patience and understanding. Interviewed other places and nothing came close to Crimson. The Activities Director, Joyce, is a very special person -- so upbeat and friendly every time I see her. The residents love her! Lynda

I have worked at Crimson Ridge Gardens for over a year now and the residents are an absolute joy to serve! I enjoy the time I get to spend here. There is always a friendly face or a hello. It is great to be a part of making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families!
