When I first arrived to Crimson Ridge memory care facility I almost didn't go in. I had just experienced a terrible situation at another facility. However after talking with Jeanette I felt a lot better and I was excited about the placement for my husband. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff seemed to be genuinely nice and devoted to the care of the elderly population that they serve. My dad has been at Crimson Ridge memory care for almost two years now and it's been a great experience for him and our family. I've seen/been involved in a few memory care facilities/nursing homes in the area, and I've figured out what to look for and what to avoid in a place. First, many of the senior staff stay here for years and the stability that offers is important, and it also shows that it's a well-run place. My mom began to lose her memory at the age 87. Watching this change, after so many years of independence, was truly heartbreaking. After more than 20 years of living on her own following my dad’s passing, she bravely agreed to move into a memory care facility.
