Anna and Peregrine Financial are the absolute best lenders. Originally, we were with a different lender and that lender changed the parameters of the sale, asking for an extra $100,000 down. At that point, we were 50/50 in keeping with the purchase. Our realtor then shared Anna's information and she saved the purchase.
