Sick of these scammers sending fake letters wanting $400 out of me for a traffic ticket in Florida now that they took the fake bill over I don't owe a penny since the original debter signed it off
Filed a lawsuit on me for taxes I don't owe. I resolved the issue with the county but these lawyers still want their admin and research (what research?!) fees. Complain to your elected officials and fight these extortionists!
Beware these people, I live in TN and have NEVER had any of my court stuff handled by an attorney. I am filing with BBB and letting them know what's going on. I have got letters, emails and all sorts of threatening stuff sent to me, and my husband. I even contacted my courts and they said they do not have a collection agency working for them.
This law firm gives the impression of being unprofessional and aggressive. I received a vague text suggesting that local courts might involve law enforcement in certain cases, implying that officers could come to locate me unless I contacted them. When I tried calling the number provided, it rang endlessly with no answer. Dealing with delinquent taxes isn't fun, but it's even harder when you are dealing with your dead sister's delinquent taxes! However, I have to say, John Banks and his staff at PBFCM were amazingly kind and thoughtful. I was a basket case and knew nothing about the process, but John and his staff went above and beyond with their kindness and incredible customer service. KUDOS TO JOHN B AND HIS STAFF!
