I don't know how their rental business operates, but for the love of all thing good and holey, stay away from the repair department. I brought them my PWC in the Spring of 2015 for a routine tune-up and to repair a small silicone seal. First, they told me the repair would cost nearly $1000 and involve them separating the upper and lower hull to which I showed them the factory repair manual clearly stating that it was a routine repair and would take a COMPETENT mechanic an hour to complete. These guys are awesome. I have two jet skis that have the usual issues every time you ride them. Perdido Power Sports always fixes them fast and at far more reasonable price than Pensacola does. I would highly recommend these guys
