Contacted them for a case review for potential case. I was told would be contacted in 1 hour, never happened. Was then told again 3 days later I'd be contacted in 1 hours, then I was told next business day, but was not informed on what day that would be. When it appeared I was being scammed out of my PII I asked for info to be deleted from servers, however the chat reps just played a game of ending chat without answering a single question.
Their website is a lie. They don't represent the type of clients they advertise for. False advertising.
