An awful practice I usually don't write negative reviews. This is my first one, but I have to warn others. Here is a summary: The doctor at Peraza clearly did not listen to me, and then misdiagnosed me. I know because a more reasonable doctor later corrected Peraza's error. Afterwards, Peraza refused to work with my insurance company and tried billing me the full amount. I wouldn't recommend and would not feel comfortable going there at all. They lure you in with incorrect pricing and then try to charge you more. It seems like they are more focused on making money than providing good service and caring about your needs. I felt extremely uncomfortable and have never experienced anything like this with any other healthcare professionals. It's embarrassing to share my experience here. Be careful when they offer to do small in house injections. Many times they do not help the problem and is a way to make money after your insurance has covered everything else.
Dr. Peraza and the staff are super friendly and they do an excellent job taking care of the many, many moles I have. Highly recommended.
I had Dr. Peraza do my fillers and I he is a good doctor. My husband is also a patient at their office. I just spent over $2,000 plus for fillers. My husband went with me the first time I had the fillers. When I asked him if he would like to make another appointment there, he said NO. He did say that he didn't think they took care of his requests for the visit.
