Kira is great! She helps me with all my sensitive skin woes. They are friendly and efficient.
They are quick and treat you well during the visit, but they are unfortunately not upfront about costs so know your insurance well. Two very quick appointments were extremely expensive as they pushed for procedures that were not covered before copay. We kept getting bills 2 months later.
I’ve been going here for almost 7 years and I can’t explain the care they put into their practice. I’ve had persistent acne since my late teen years and they’ve been so overly helpful and kind during the entirety of my visits. I’ve been to other dermatology practices and it was a joke. Here, they helped me find costs that fit my budget, help me understand insurance, and have persistently been honest and helpful in the process.
