I would like to start by saying that they’re very nice people filed for them for years. There was an error made by them on my taxes and I when called to see what was going on since it was 2 months and I had not received my taxes nobody double checked to see what could’ve been the issue once I finally got a hold of the IRS and they told me what the problem was.
