They have been preparing my taxes for years. This year due to an insurance oversight from the past two years, I owe a shit ton of money. While it is not their primary focus to catch these type of discrepancies, you are paying for a service, and his price increases every year. This feels like something that a professional should have flagged. They also do not honor appointment times. You’re better off going elsewhere, don’t waste your money.
