The custom coping product is not well thought out, we went the extra mile and paid more to make sure the 24 x16 custom coping for Bianco Nextone pavers matches but Pera tile screwed up the coping. Color and texture was different, unfortunately it was too late to replace because pool coping got installed first. Not coping and pavers where supposed to be the same, but it was not the case. On top of that, they did not provide any option to give us back credit or own their mistake.
