This place is a mess. The Board of Commissioners swore an oath to uphold the Town Charter, and then threw it out the window and started bringing HUD Vouchers on the property and the place is worse than Branford Manor now. Mold in apartments, faulty air/heat pumps that they refuse to repair, leaking roofs, plumbing problems, parking problems, since they decided this should be "Affordable Housing" instead of "elderly low-income housing" as is stated in the State Statutes and the Town Charter.
