I spoke with the absolute worst head of a corporate operation ever. She over spoke the entire time but then said she couldn’t hear me. Never once apologized for the issue at hand. There is no one above her and she has her poor office staff so afraid they wouldn’t even give me address to corporate office to report them. The original call was due to a store not responding which I found out was closed and the didn’t tell her no apology nothing.
