I spoke with the absolute worst head of a corporate operation ever. She over spoke the entire time but then said she couldn’t hear me. Never once apologized for the issue at hand. There is no one above her and she has her poor office staff so afraid they wouldn’t even give me address to corporate office to report them. Every location I’ve visited is clean and staffed with friendly people. 🤜 The pizzas are decent—nothing extraordinary, but they get the job done. Unfortunately, the company engages in spam marketing and appears to obtain contact information from questionable third parties. I say this because I’ve never created an account or provided my contact info when placing orders, yet I still received unsolicited emails. Staff was very professional and courteous, helped me tremendously with all of my questions about purchasing a franchise. Thank you so much for all the information! I also picked up a Large pizza & wings from the Katy location last week, they both were so awesome-thanks for using all natural ingredients !
