Bought 4 chairs from Peppermill and they look even better than they did on the website. Delivery was quick and communicated well - couldn't ask for more! Customer service was also super friendly and answered all my questions when DHL went awry.
Very dishonest people both Steve and lady who answers phone in office basically I bought furniture in the sale to find out the centre piece was not with it (but was advertised with it ) all he said was wrong advertisement printing error shouting at me telling me not got time for this all I wanted is what I paid for nothing less but it is clearly advertised with centre piece wouldn’t touch these never again
Website easy to use. Customer service excellent. Nice range of furniture. Ordered on a Saturday and they are delivering the day I have selected next week. Looking forward to receiving the excellently priced chairs.

Buyer beware. I wish I saw the negative reviews before purchasing with Peppermill Interiors. I purchased my dining table for £1,720 in July 2024, less than a year later I noticed the table was already showing cracks, panels of wood separating. I contacted the company to inform them of my issues as the table is still under warranty. I confirmed with them that the table is not in a conservatory/orangery and we did not have underfloor heating.
