Bought some chairs from here for light home use, around 3 years later the legs bent with weight of guests using over time, they all snapped eventually and broke. Around £300 each! Of course as most furniture outlets lots of their products come from China. However, you purchase from the UK for good customer service. They really weren't interested in my issue and suggested we buy something else. This type of customer service is just unacceptable.
Long story short - we saw some really nice dining chairs in a restaurant recently, which I can only describe as Retro Industrial. Anyway, reverse image searches brought us to Peppermill Interiors. What a find, it's like a treasure trove of unusual furniture, suitable for both pubs, restaurants and domestic settings. I recently purchased two gorgeous Aspen armchairs from Peppermill and couldn’t be happier! The chairs are absolutely stunning - beautifully crafted, comfortable, and even more impressive in person than they looked online. Absolutely love them!!! Bought 4 chairs from Peppermill and they look even better than they did on the website. Delivery was quick and communicated well - couldn't ask for more! Customer service was also super friendly and answered all my questions when DHL went awry.
Very dishonest people both Steve and lady who answers phone in office basically I bought furniture in the sale to find out the centre piece was not with it (but was advertised with it ) all he said was wrong advertisement printing error shouting at me telling me not got time for this all I wanted is what I paid for nothing less but it is clearly advertised with centre piece wouldn’t touch these never again
