Wouldn’t even give 1 star. This place is shambles. They told me to leave due to my disabilities, saying how I can’t live alone with my child. They are never confidential, also giving other residents other people’s information, gossiping with other people who live there about your own personal issues. Police having to be called to sort out issues as no staff or no night staff in. So unprofessional staff need more training and to go through gpdr again as there is none in the building. Wouldn't even give one star. This place is a complete shambles. Staff aren't confidential, supportive nor have any idea what they're doing. Having a child physically attack other children, staff not supporting further action for this. Drugs in the building. Night staff allowing drug addicts into the property and then disappearing for 30 minuets. Staff like to provoke residents to get a reaction out of them then place them on plans or ask them to leave.
