The store hours stated that they would be open to 8pm. But when I arrived at 5:55pm the store was closed. Very disappointing!
Lowest score as i have ever given a Pepper Palace. Love the place, but the lady behind the counter was argumentative and making excuses and blaming tariffs for their low stock and having maybe, half the sauces they have with the Pepper Palace name.. She claimed she is the main warehouse, when I live an hour from the main hub in Sevierville. Great service and a lot of selection! We bought a mild barbecue sauce for us and a mild, a medium, & a hot off the hot sauces for our son. Great flavor with a little kick! Photo is of the Purgatory sauce, we didn’t buy this, & if you like the super hot you’ll need to sign a waiver.
My mother and I visited this location on May 20, and the manager, Chloe, was very helpful with finding a variety of spices and sauces that we enjoyed.
I absolutely love Pepper Palace! You get to try all the sauces before you buy and they’re great! The only thing better is Chloe! What a sweetheart! Great help and hooked us up with a bunch of my favorites!!! I will always go out of my way for a Pepper Palace!
