DO NOT GO HERE! The manager SCREAMED at me through the mall because I threw away an empty cup in the trash directly NEXT to the door. And when I say screamed I mean it echoed throughout the mall. I'm sorry rude woman, I wasn't aware that your trash can was only for super special trash. I'm surprised something so rude and trashy would happen at the Scottdale mall.
I have too had the same level of disgustingly horrible customer service from some lady who worked at this place. I wouldn't know her name because my friend and I were looking for hot sauce for wings. We walked up with ten minutes till closing, by the way the door was half shut with the open sign still up. Who does this? We acknowledged to the witch of a cashier that they closed in ten minutes (to be polite to the fact they were closing) and were given a "hand to the throat" style gesture signaling she didn't want our busines... read more
