I had a breakdown with my driver on the I-10 East. CHP called PEPES Towing, and initially, I was a bit frustrated that a towing company was dispatched without our approval, as I was in the process of coordinating with another provider. They did make the tow, but not without a ton of unnecessary steps that no towing company before them has ever asked for.
We went to the Colton location to pick up my husband's stolen truck. They were very brusque. We were told 'only one person can go see the truck' and as my husband walked through, they shut the gate in my face.
pepes towing is garbage. I hope that the business goes under. 462$ to get it from peepees. then have to pay the shady grimy ass spbd Traffic 350. then he lot fee of 75$ How about you hit them rich neighborhoods that have expired tags stop hitting the poverty stricken areas. literally there own means of transportation. Can barely afford to put gas to get to where they need to be. Hate this tow company with a passion. 1.2million in settlements that the city of san bernardino had to pay our tax dollars.
