Set up a tow ahead of time. The driver got there and then told my driver he had another tow to do and just left... Wasted an entire day of my driver's time and cost me a lot of money. They could care less. Don't waste your time with them.
I got a bill in the mail stating My car was towed on 3/7/2024 and that I owe $350 for the tow and $70 per day in storage fees. However, I am currently driving my car and it has never been towed or in any storage facility. Also, I live in San diego and have never heard of Colton, ca. I called and they told me to call back tomorrow while they check their yard to confirm. Seems like a SCAM AGENCY!! Edit to reply- it's a scam because you never had my car in your tow yard!!
