Extremely rude worker. On the phone the worker talked to us as if we were children. He talked in a very demeaning and belittling manner. Pepe towing should reconsider their attitude to their customers. In addition, they offer extremely unaffordable prices with random factors added onto your bill. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
Terrible service, we were illegally parked and we were towed which is completely understandable. But once it was towed, we called to find out how to retrieve it and the worker was extremely rude. He belittled us when we asked for the procedure to get our car back and was clearly infantilizing us when we asked for clarification. They were rude yet again when we went to pick it up. There was also an insane amount of charges for holding our car for 1 day and they tried to extort us for another $77 dollars for storing it another... read more
Got a flat on the 60 freeway at Pedley. Pepe's towing showed up told me he was from the county changed my tire and sent me on my way. I got to the tire shop before they closed. TY
They are fast at taking payments and processing stuff, but take forever to give you a car.
