Do not use them they have horrible service and charge excessively. I have use multiple tow vendors and this company is at she bottom of she barrel. Choose anyone else for tow services much more friendly and more humane. Predatory business practices. you have been warned.

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend was in a bad accident on the freeway and the police dpt. towed our car here, we didn’t ask them to. They gave us a hard time because the car is registered to my sister who lives in San Francisco. She helped me finance my first car. It didn’t matter that I was the one who held the insurance, that I’m the one who makes the payments.They made her go pay for a notarized letter and send it to them before they’d allow me to get my belongings out of the car. being towed is already stressful enough, but the ladies operating the transactions are the worst. The least the could do is be nice or even acknowledge you. Michelle was very rude for no reason. They really don't care, they just want their money.

I had a really disappointing experience with this tow company. My car had been sitting in Pepe’s impound for about 2 months while I was in the hospital. I had no way to get the car until I was discharged. When I called ahead, I spoke to Jose and he was very nice and assured me they would be able to tow my vehicle to the dealership once I arrived at an agreed upon time.
