Cathy is an extremely skilled acupuncturist as well as a masseuse. She takes time to make sure she really understands all the issues and formulate a plan before she even begins. She's gentle and kind I feel so fortunate to have her as my therapist.
Cathy was very helpful and expertly shared her knowledge. She was able to find trigger points and provide both massage/acupuncture to relieve my musculoskeletal pain within one session. I will most definitely return when needed and recommend her to anyone experiencing ongoing pain.
Cathy is a extremely gifted healer. I have discovered that I am getting older, and her treatments have provided relief in many areas of my body: my knee, shoulder, digestion, to name a few areas. She has even provided much needed relief to an old neck injury that has plagued me since my twenties, and for which massage has been a temporary fix at best and chiropractic adjustments only aggravate. I highly recommend her treatments, they have done more for me in a few short weeks than years of past modalities.
Cathy helped me with both chronic ankle pain after surgery, and overall feeling good! After only two sessions, Cathy had eliminated some pain I'd been having in the ball of my foot from walking unevenly after recovering from ankle surgery.
