Very rude staff, they were doing other things that wasn't important when I was in line. They think they are better than everyone, if I were the owners I would fire every one of them. I only gave 1 star because I had to give something. Horrible experience!!!
Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff that repeatedly makes grievous banking errors and takes no responsibility for them. Debit card often gets declined for no valid reason for transactions due to staff’s ineptitude, laziness or both. Shady business practices such as withholding cleared funds which should be liquid and refusing to turn over contents of a safety deposit box to its legal owner. These ladies are always so friendly and helpful. Not to mention polite and inviting! Extremely easy to call and make payments over the phone. We love this branch and bank!
