Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff that repeatedly makes grievous banking errors and takes no responsibility for them. Debit card often gets declined for no valid reason for transactions due to staff’s ineptitude, laziness or both. Shady business practices such as withholding cleared funds which should be liquid and refusing to turn over contents of a safety deposit box to its legal owner. Very friendly staff and they always go to extra lengths and try to help any way they can. If you are looking for a bank to treat you with respect and appreciate you then I highly recommend Hackleburg branch.
