I’ve used this bank since I was a teenager and I’ve never had any issues. Today I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for my money to be deposited, which I clearly said. It was not deposited but sent back to be in an envelope. I was confused and opened it expecting it to just be my ID. I sent the envelope back and asked for my money to be deposited.
