I had banked there for a year approximately. I was forced to close my account due to some suspicious fraud that I DID NOT DO AT ALL WHATSOEVER. SO I WAS PENALIZE FOR SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED TO ME, NOT THAT I DID. DID THEY CARE, WERE THEY SYMPATHETIC, WERE THEY UNDERSTANDING, HELL NO.
