One of their employees Taylor was very rude to me. She rolled her eyes in my face, and I don’t appreciate that very unprofessional behavior.
I love this bank! Especially the Callaway Branch! Very laid back atmosphere and the lady’s are super helpful, Especially Halle and Amanda. They are rockstars! I 10/10 recommend them.
Halle, Katie, and Amanda are the best. They provide top notch customer service, are efficient, and truly care about their customers. This branch epitomizes what a community bank should be.
This bank was amazing until some incompetent, arrogant, irresponsible person got job. No sense of customer service, rude and disrespectful! We hold multiple personal and business accounts here. We will just shut our business with them if they do not change their attitude.
All of the staff is very helpful and easy to talk to! Best bank in bay county!
