My husband and I came in to this branch last week. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We worked with one gentleman that was new (didn’t get his name) to close an account. He was friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions. Several questions he was unsure of, but he clarified with other other employees to get us answers. Every time I've brought my elderly mother in to do her banking Lyndsey and her associates have been so kind and accommodating. She cannot stand for long so even for simpler transactions they bring her in to sit at a desk and respectfully give 'old fashioned' customer service. We have experienced the same at the South Windsor office and will review there as well.

New bank opened across the street from my job. I went in to get a roll of quarters (I had cash). After saying yes, asked if I had an account there, then said no. Apparently they don't want me to open one.
